  • World Geography ~ Harmony Fine Arts World Geography
  • Geology/Evolution/Paleontology ~ Homegrown using the Practical Geologist, TOPS Rocks & Minerals, The Beginning, GEMS Life through Time (this looks awesome!) and Bones Rock.
  • Literature ~ tied in with history and geography and using Figuratively Speaking
  • Writing ~ Cover Story
  • Word Study ~ Words on the Vine
  • Logic ~ Art of Argument
  • Art ~ American Artists
  • PE ~ Gymnastics


Alden, 5th Grade

  • Sea & Sky ~ This looks like an amazing curriculum! It is a combination of history, science, and literature that takes the kids from the early ships to modern vessels and then they discover early flight through rockets. They study oceans, weather, space and aeronautics. To say Alden is excited is an understatement!
  • Math ~ BJU Math 5
  • Literature ~ BeyondFIAR
  • Handwriting ~ HWOT Cursive
  • Spelling ~ All About Spelling
  • Computer ~ Typing; Minecraft MOD Design
  • Project Based Learning ~ He would like to focus on WW2 and starting Flight School
